Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Windmill Farms in Homestead, FL. The role focuses on upkeep of property, safety policy adherence, and timely repairs. Requires High School diploma and ability to read/understand service requests.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, recordkeeping, and occasional on-call coverage. Bilingual preferred and familiarity with OSHA standards is highly valued.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and ability to troubleshoot units.
• Proficiency in reading and following instructions in English.
• Experience with maintenance tasks in multi-family properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment per manuals.
• Inspect units, buildings and common areas for repairs.
• Maintain grounds and assist with custodial tasks as needed.
