Job summary

Ghertner & Company seeks a Maintenance Technician to provide property upkeep for a residential HOA in Kentucky. This full-time role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and exceptional resident service.

You will perform routine and preventive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, exterior repairs, HVAC, painting and more, while coordinating with staff and vendors. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least two years of residential property maintenance experience, are able to

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; tech or trade schooling a plus.
At least two years of residential maintenance experience in property management.
Ability to read/understand blueprints is a plus.
Must work well with others and communicate with urgency.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service as information resource about the property.
Respond to inquiries from owners/management and coordinate with Board and staff.
Maintain common areas and amenities, inspect and address safety concerns.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance: electrical, plumbing, exterior repairs, painting, HVAC, and more.
Assist with event setup and general maintenance for HOA functions.
Complete work requests promptly; document progress and materials used.
