Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents and management.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting tasks.
• Inspect and maintain common areas and amenities, report safety concerns.
• Keep accurate logs of work, materials, and progress.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of all tools and equipment.
• Assist in event setup and maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors for service providers when necessary.
