Prodigy Property Management LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across the portfolio. You will coordinate vendors and manage work orders to ensure timely upkeep of both exteriors and interiors, while upholding safety protocols and a professional image.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED plus two years of related experience or training, with a focus on reliability and hands-on problem solving in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage maintenance tasks and coordinate vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional image and resident welfare.
• Keep grounds, trash areas, hallways, garages and parking lots neat.
• Assist management with curb appeal and unit detailing.
• Complete work orders.
• Perform regular maintenance of building exteriors and interiors.
• Keep parking areas clean and safe.
• Maintain inventory and organized workshop.
• Turn vacant units within 7 days of move-out, coordinating vendors.
• Change locks on vacant unit doors.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
