Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance.
• HVAC certification (EPA) with 2+ years experience.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Team player able to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, sheetrock and appliance repairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and lead the maintenance technicians.
• Plan daily priorities for the community’s maintenance needs.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, sheetrock repairs and appliance troubleshooting.
• Respond to emergency calls on nights and weekends as needed.
• Support resident retention and a clean, green community.
