Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train service, housekeeping/custodial and grounds staff.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain replacement logs for property assets.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and handle lockouts due to evictions.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment.
• Analyze and resolve work problems with staff.
