Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, oversee Make Ready processes, and ensure property cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose repairs, manage work orders, and supervise vendors to uphold RangeWater's standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisor experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA/MSDS knowledge.
• 1–3 years supervisor experience in maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification; CPO or Spa/Pool Operator certification.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lb with/without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance team; hire and train staff; oversee Make Ready process.
• Diagnose and repair resident requests; manage work orders; ensure safety and code compliance.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors; ensure quality and budget adherence.
• Maintain parts inventory; work with Community Manager on budgets and cost-control.
• conduct safety meetings; ensure site compliance with laws and standards.
