Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on maintenance experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
• Minimum three years in maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff and supervise work.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Ensure service requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory of vacant apartments and coordinate turns.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Inspect property and oversee grounds upkeep.
• Monitor mechanical equipment and recommend repairs.
• Be available for evening, weekend, and on-call shifts; emergencies.
• Comply with Fair Housing laws.
