Job summary

Equity Property Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for a new apartment community near Greenfield, IN, currently under construction. Phase 1 completion includes 204 units; Phase 2 is underway with 108 more units.

The role requires reading and interpreting rules, procedures, and reports, and communicating effectively with residents and staff. You will lead the maintenance team, diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, manage inventory, and

Qualifications

• Must read/write/interpret rules, procedures and reports.
• Strong communication with residents, staff, and VP of Construction.
• Hands-on maintenance with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff and supervise the department.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, and appliances.
• Manage inventory and schedule contractors for turns.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
• Complete regular property inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call shifts as needed.
• Coordinate with VP of Construction and Property Manager during construction progress.
• Maintain grounds and common areas in good condition.
