Qualifications

• At least 1 year of property maintenance or related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform general repair and maintenance tasks.
