You will perform property maintenance and repairs, delivering excellent service to residents while upholding safety and quality across the community. Qualifications

• At least one year of property maintenance or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Possession of—or ability to acquire—commonly used tools, such as channel locks, plumbing tools, electric drill, drywall knives and mud knives.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and maintenance services.
• Maintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property.
