Job summary

Hamilton Point Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Reserve at Easton in Columbus, OH. You will manage day-to-day maintenance, supervise the on-site team, schedule preventive maintenance, oversee vendor bids, and ensure safety and quality across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool areas.

Qualifications include a High School diploma and at least 3 years of property maintenance experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day property maintenance operations.
• Assist Community Manager with interviewing and hiring maintenance staff.
• Lead maintenance team; plan schedules; assign tasks.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, and related repairs.
• Inspect apartments before/after move-in and turnover.
• Manage vendor selection and bids; oversee contractor work.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness; promote customer service to residents.
• Communicate with Community Manager regarding overall maintenance function.
