HILLS Properties is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Fox Chase North, a luxury apartment community in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will lead a maintenance team, oversee repairs, and ensure high standards of customer service, with comprehensive benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• HVAC certified.
• 2+ years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Keen eye for detail across the community.
• Hands-on knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and set a professional example.
• Maintain and elevate the community/asset quality.
• Oversee timely completion of maintenance and turnover tasks.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality.

HILLS Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor at our luxury apartment community, Fox Chase North, in Cincinnati, Ohio!

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you play a key role as team leader and team member; leading by example, developing associates and managing the needs of the asset and residents, all while upholding our reputation and high standards of customer service. Duties include:

• Leading maintenance team
• Maintaining and elevating the community/asset
• Managing/supporting the timely completion of all maintenance and turnover needs, in accordance with company standards
• Manage successful vendor relationships
• Training and development of associates
• Building and maintaining customer loyalty and brand reputation

Requirements

• HVAC certified
• Have a minimum of 2 years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• A keen eye for attention to detail for entire community.
• First- hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair required.
• Must have superior communication & customer service skills.
• On call hours required.
