Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Experience in a service position at an apartment community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to residents in a prompt and professional manner.
• Establish daily work schedules for maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of the community.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of all parts, tools, and equipment.
