Job summary

Lakeside Apartments in Slidell, LA seeks a Property Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for upkeep across its portfolio. You will develop schedules, inspect properties, and coordinate with managers and tenants to minimize disruption while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Overview

As a Property Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of properties within your assigned portfolio. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strong communication abilities to ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standards and that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and interact with tenants, property managers, and vendors.
5. Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
8. Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance issues outside of regular business hours.
