Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies seeks a Maintenance Team Leader in Salt Lake City, UT. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with hourly compensation and eligibility for benefits and a bonus plan.

Responsibilities include preserving property value and enhancing resident living experience by resolving maintenance issues efficiently. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in the industry, solid customer service, basic maintenance skills, and pool maintenance knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience; property management experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and basic maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work 8-12 hour shifts.
• Must be able to work weekends and be available for on call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and grounds; keep buildings clean and maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy clubhouse, offices and common areas.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Oversee landscaping and watering; prepare apartments for move-in.
