You will plan, schedule, and supervise preventive maintenance, manage vendors, and monitor budgets and KPIs to deliver reliable, safe building systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience as a maintenance supervisor preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and oversee community maintenance to resolve problems.
• Perform maintenance activities and prepare/readiness tasks; create work orders.
• Develop and maintain planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance routines.
