Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team at our property in Littleton, CO. The role focuses on maintaining buildings and grounds, scheduling daily tasks, and coordinating with managers on staffing and vendor work.

Responsibilities include interviewing候 staffing, training maintenance staff, managing inventory and tools, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and making recommendations for maintenance/housekeeping/custodial/grounds personnel.
• Assist in training of service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies for service and custodial teams.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed.
