Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Renovations Property Management. This role is critical in overseeing maintenance operations across the property, ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our commitment to excellence in property management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and activities
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Oversee HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure repairs
• Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders
• Collaborate with property manager to address tenant concerns related to maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
• Oversee emergency repair work and ensure quick resolution
• Track and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance requests and repairs
• Provide training and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Perform other duties, as assigned
