Maintenance Supervisor – TI Asset Management

About the Role
TI Asset Management is seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure our apartment communities are safe, beautiful, and fully functional. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee all maintenance operations, from routine upkeep to emergency repairs, while fostering a positive and responsive environment for staff and residents alike.

What You’ll Do
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will guide and support your team of technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality repairs and maintenance throughout the property. You’ll manage preventive maintenance programs, coordinate with vendors, and conduct regular inspections to keep everything running smoothly. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming living experience by promptly addressing needs and maintaining the property’s standards. You’ll also be involved in staff training, inventory management, and helping to prepare apartments for new residents.

Who You Are
You bring experience in apartment or multifamily property maintenance, with a strong understanding of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. You’re a natural leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. You’re organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, including responding to urgent maintenance requests. Technical certifications are a plus, but your dedication and ability to lead a team are what matter most.
