Lion Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a Service Manager to lead maintenance operations at Arbor Gates in Atlanta, GA. You’ll guide a maintenance team, handle work orders, and coordinate with vendors to keep the community safe and well‑maintained.

Ideal candidates have prior service manager or lead maintenance experience, EPA/HVAC certification, and strong communication skills. A signing bonus of $1,000 is offered and on-site support is provided by a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• EPA or HVAC certification required.
• Previous service manager or lead maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Leadership with a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a maintenance team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage daily maintenance operations, work orders, and preventive care.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances).
• Complete work orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Be on-call rotation to keep operations running 24/7.
• Ensure the community is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Deliver excellent service with a friendly, can-do attitude.
