Job summary

Arcan Capital seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multifamily community in Newnan, GA. This hands-on leadership role will run the service request system, oversee make-readies and preventive maintenance, and work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.

You will recruit, train, and mentor your techs, manage vendors, and keep the property safe, compliant, and on budget. The company supports safety and quality, with leadership from a Regional Director.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multifamily property maintenance.
• EPA and/or CPO certification for HVAC systems.
• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Supervisory experience with coaching ability.
• Comfort with maintenance management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations and build a capable team.
• Close service requests within 24 hours.
• Oversee make-readies and preventive maintenance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor technicians.
