You will handle apartment maintenance, turns, basic trades, safety, and preventative maintenance while delivering professional customer service and upholding company standards. A valid driver's license is required and EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience performing property maintenance in a residential setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

• Complete maintenance requests promptly in occupied apartments.
• Turn vacant units to ready-for-lease status, including cleanup.
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
• Maintain common areas and exterior lighting for safety.
• Participate in preventative maintenance and inventory.
• Assist with compliance reporting and inspections as needed.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and overtime as required.
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors and coworkers.
