Responsibilities

• Manages completion of work orders and ensures routine upkeep per policies, safety standards, and budget.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units, schedules vendors, and inspects work.
• Develops standards for grounds, buildings, and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Inspects work by staff and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies within budget.
• Prepares maintenance and capital expense budgets by analyzing financial statements.
