Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance department, oversee all building systems, and ensure safe, reliable hotel operations. You will supervise a team of maintenance professionals, drive preventive maintenance, and uphold high standards of safety and guest comfort.

In this role you will manage daily repairs and work orders, coordinate with hotel leadership, oversee budgets and vendor relationships, and guide projects from planning through completion

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance/engineering in hotel environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships while ensuring safety.

Responsibilities
