Job summary

Woodward Management Partners seeks a diligent maintenance supervisor to oversee all phases of property maintenance within budgeted goals, reporting to the Community Director. The role involves repairs for occupied and vacant units, daily property inspections, and coordination with subcontractors to uphold quality maintenance standards.

Candidates must have HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• HVAC certification is required; CPO certification is preferred.
• Ability to endure physical tasks and on-call rotations.
• Background check and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Woodward Management Partners in a professional manner at all times.
• Maintain property in compliance with laws and safety standards.
• Perform repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments.
• Inspect property daily and maintain curb appeal; manage subcontractors as needed.
• Be on-call for emergency service and coordinate with Community Director.
