Job summary

Woodward Management Partners is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all phases of maintenance operations within budgeted financial goals. You will repair, maintain, and improve communities, managing both occupied and vacant units, while ensuring safety and curb appeal.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, scheduling preventative maintenance, and providing on-call emergency service. A valid driver’s license and HVAC certification are required; CPO is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• HVAC certification is required; CPO is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property daily to ensure curb appeal and safety.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on occupied and vacant units.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for capital improvements.
• Assist in managing budget adherence and operating costs.
• Provide on-call emergency service as needed.
