Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community Manager and lead a team of technicians in maintaining the exterior and interior of our property to RPM standards.

The role focuses on safe, timely repairs, cost control, and resident satisfaction, with on-site duties, after-hours availability, and a commitment to OSHA standards. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure proper upkeep of property and grounds.
• Maintain budget and obtain competitive bids for supplies and services.
• Process purchase orders and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders and manage records to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee safety, compliance with codes, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
