Job summary

Carleton Living is seeking a Service Manager to lead the overall apartment maintenance and preventative maintenance program at Saddlewood Club. You will supervise the maintenance team, assign tasks, and ensure timely, quality repairs and inspections. The role requires multi-trade experience, EPA Type II HVAC certification, and strong leadership to foster a service-driven culture across our properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience, with multi-trade background preferred.
• Experience managing apartment maintenance teams and work orders is required.
• HVAC/EPA certs and CPO are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team and assignments.
• Oversee plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and appliance repair tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections; maintain records.
