Job summary

Green Alpha Property Management in Longview, TX is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across our apartment communities. This full-time salaried role (40 hours) requires hands-on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical experience and a focus on timely work-order resolution.

You will manage preventative maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and ensure units are ready for move-in while keeping AppFolio updated. Excellent benefits and 401(k) package are offered.

Qualifications

• HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical experience required.
• HVAC certification required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Driver's license and ability to travel to properties.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and delegate tasks as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, landscapers.
• Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and exterior systems are in good order.
• Ensure units are ready for move-in with checklists and visits.
• Maintain work orders in AppFolio.
• Keep properties clean and free of debris.
