Property Maintenance Manager

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday (weekend, night as needed for emergency service)
Pay Rate:$70,000 - $80,000 (Depends on Experience/Skill Level)
Location: Dayton, Ohio

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities for multiple rental properties
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies
• Inspect properties regularly to identify and address potential issues
• Manage relationships with contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Create and maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets
• Train and supervise maintenance staff
• Assist in the turnover process between tenants
• Participate in property improvement projects
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure tenant satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property maintenance

Skills Required:
• Proven experience as a Property Maintenance Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using property management software

• Leadership experience in managing maintenance teams
