American Campus Communities is hiring a Service Manager for Tubman Laws Hall in Dover, DE. The role leads the property maintenance team to ensure efficient operations, high maintenance standards, and a strong resident experience.

You will oversee maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping staff, drive preventive programs, and collaborate with vendors and ACC properties for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred.
• 2-3 years’ proven mid to high-level tech experience in residential facilities maintenance.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire facilities maintenance team to enhance resident experience and maintenance standards.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, train, and develop team members and cross-train for flexibility.
• Oversee work order processes, vendor coordination, and preventative maintenance.
