Strong attention to detail and safety are essential, with opportunities for certifications and growth within ACC’s facilities maintenance team. The position is full-time, on-site at 191 College and reports to the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential facilities maintenance.
• Ability to complete work orders and support preventative maintenance.
• Comfortable with on-call after-hours rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform work orders promptly with quality and efficiency.
• Close out work orders in the system.
• Assist in property turn and coordinate with vendors.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks.
• Inspect public areas and resident apartments to maintain standards.
• Safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment.
• Escort on-site vendors and facilitate their work.
• Keep shop and storage areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with vendor services such as snow removal and landscaping.
• Assist with curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
