Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for a community, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure interior and exterior upkeep to maintain safety and beauty for residents. The role requires hands-on maintenance expertise, supervisory experience, and a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry.
• Experience maintaining multi-family housing preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise maintenance associates and conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Ensure community grounds and interiors are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Inspect community and grounds regularly and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain grounds and coordinate lawn service from approved vendors.
• Create and maintain the Community Compliance Manual.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Ensure safe disposal of trash and maintain safe work areas.
