Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance teams across multifamily communities. You will direct interior/exterior repairs, ground care, safety adherence, and resident services while coordinating with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years maintenance experience in multi-family housing preferred.
• EPA 608 Type I/II and CPO certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise maintenance staff and conduct appraisals.
• Provide feedback to associates with Community Manager support.
• Ensure community grounds are safe and well-maintained for residents.
• Inspect and repair community facilities and respond to maintenance requests.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and manage trash removal.
• Maintain Compliance Manual and coordinate with approved vendors.
• Attend meetings and training, follow OSHA requirements.
