Job summary

BRIDGEVIEW MULTIFAMILY LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team, manage budgets, and ensure safe, reliable property operations. The role emphasizes minimizing downtime, maintaining resident satisfaction, and coordinating with the Community Manager to boost NOI.

You will oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs, enforce safety standards, and participate in preventative maintenance planning. This on-site position requires EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least two years of experience in multifamily maintenance (or a combination of education and experience).
• One year of supervisory experience (preferred).
• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support the maintenance team in upkeep of the property, inside and out.
• Manage the property’s maintenance budget, bids, and purchase orders to control expenses.
• Review and prioritize work orders; maintain accurate records in the property management software.
• Ensure safety standards, including fire and OSHA regulations; promptly report injuries.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems for operational efficiency.
• Communicate with the property manager and residents regarding repairs; track costs and provide improvements.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule; be available for after-hours emergencies.
• Mentor and train the maintenance team to ensure skills and efficiency.
