Target is seeking a Property Management Lead in Maryland to oversee building assets, coordinate maintenance, and lead store-facing improvements. You will drive guest experience through proactive asset care and safe, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 18+ age, and technical education in relevant trades; strong communication and vendor-management skills are essential for success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of technical education in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.
• Basic technical skills and experience with property assets.
• Proficiency with power tools and HVAC equipment.
• Strong vendor management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload and work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistent operations.
• Observe, train, and provide feedback to team while recognizing good service moments.
• Use technology to create, troubleshoot, and complete work orders safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building assets (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Life Safety).
• Lead with guidance to ensure asset care aligns with PM priorities.
• Coordinate with store leadership on workload priorities and project timelines.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and vendors are held accountable.
