Job summary

Target is seeking a Property Management Lead to ensure a safe, guest-focused environment and efficient asset maintenance. You will lead a store team, manage vendors, and drive preventive maintenance programs to meet Target standards.

You will coordinate with store leaders, supervise operations, and champion safety, inclusivity, and timely project delivery across facilities and assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Technical education in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC, or plumbing preferred.
• Experience with building assets and safety procedures.
• Proficient with power tools and basic equipment.
• Strong vendor management and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent guest experience with safety and quality standards.
• Train and supervise store team on safety and operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and project work.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of building assets.
• Coordinate with store leadership on priorities.
• Support PM assets and service strategies with store team.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage.
