Job summary

Target is seeking a Property Management Lead to oversee asset maintenance, safety, and vendor coordination in our Rhode Island store. You will drive preventive maintenance, ensure efficient operations, and lead a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, strong teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Expect a full-time schedule with varying hours based on store needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of technical education in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistent service quality.
• Supervise and train store team on safety and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors to complete maintenance work on time and within budgets.
• Lead preventive maintenance on building assets including plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and electrical systems.
