Job summary

Real Property Management Southland is seeking a highly motivated Handyman to provide basic residential maintenance for the properties we manage. A strong candidate will bring a full range of general handyman skills, ensuring timely and professional completion of tasks to our standards.

The role requires working on-site with on-call availability 24/7; tools must be provided by the employee. A company van will be provided for site visits and related duties.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or handyman work.
• Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff.
• General maintenance and repair knowledge.
• Willingness to learn.
• Must provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions.
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7.
