Job summary

STI-TEC is seeking a Records / Administrative Logistics Support to assist with processing, distribution, and logistics for the Texas Army National Guard. The role focuses on accuracy, inventory verification, and government forms processing in a federal environment.

The position supports the Army National Guard with shipment verification, reconciliation, and data entry in GCSS-Army and ARIMS, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are obtained on time.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in records/logistics support.
• Accuracy, records management, and Army forms/process knowledge.
• Tier 1 Investigation.
• CAC card or ability to obtain one.
• Forklift license if/when operating forklift.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments and notify CIF PBO of discrepancies.
• Verify contents against manifest and notify CIF PBO and COR of discrepancies within 24 hours.
• Manage and reconcile all Unit and Individual pending transactions in GCSS-Army.
• Monitor Pending Transaction queue daily and finalize issues and transfers.
• Obtain and upload required signatures (DA Forms 3161/2062) before clearing status.
• Process new records in ARIMS.
