Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service or leasing experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, grammar and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and handle sales duties.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and greet in-person visitors.
• Qualify prospects and record visits; process guest cards.
• Explain features and benefits; close the lease sale.
• Assist applicants with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Orient new residents and accompany move-in paperwork.
• Maintain compliance with Affordable Housing programs and policies.
