Job summary

WSH Management is seeking a full-time leasing associate for the Pomona community. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, present apartments, collect applications, process approvals, and coordinate move-ins.

The role requires excellent communication, sales ability, familiarity with lease contracts and Fair Housing, and the ability to work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) preferred.
• Fair Housing Certification, willingness to obtain prior to interacting with prospective residents.
• OSHA laws and regulations, willingness to obtain within six months.
• Strong attention to detail and sales ability.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation; may require driving for company business.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria and recording visits.
• Show community and apartment/model; communicate features and benefits; close the sale.
• Process applications, credit checks, and approvals; secure deposits and move-in.
• Update availability reports and coordinate with Property Manager for approvals.
• Follow up with applicants and renewals; handle notices and advertising effectiveness.
• Provide clerical support and assist with lease transactions and compliance with housing programs.
