CROWN RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Director in Florida to balance exceptional customer service with managing the property’s finances. The role includes coordinating move-ins/outs, supervising leasing staff, overseeing rent collections, and driving revenue through sales and marketing initiatives.

You will mentor Leasing Teammates, prepare monthly reports, and ensure leasing documents are completed accurately. Strong communication and operational skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred; NALP certification desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication, and administrative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate rent collection and respond to resident requests; coordinate events.
• Assist Property Director with reports, market research, and feedback collection.
• Ensure leasing packets and documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Conduct site tours; demonstrate apartments and amenities to prospects.
• Oversee lease paperwork, manage deposits, and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Support day-to-day operations and monitor property management software.
• Maintain Royal Service standards and resolve resident issues promptly.
• Monitor applicant qualifications and Fair Housing compliance.
