Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments at optimum rent levels and keeping vacancies to a minimum.
• Convert walk-in prospects into secured leases and schedule appointments.
• Screen applicants including credit reports and references.
• Prepare lease documents and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain occupancy and support resident retention programs.
• Handle resident inquiries and enforce policy per Customer Service Program.
