Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Beverly Hills is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing operations and resident relations across our properties. You will help with move-out notices, lease renewals, rent collection, and occupancy forecasting while coordinating with the onsite team.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in leasing or property management, strong communication, proficiency with Word and Excel, and the ability to work weekends and tour the community with

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, including stairs.
• Role may require a valid driver’s license and state license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations issues, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, needed repairs and landscaping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
