Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in residential leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong communication, time management and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Housing experience, HUD/LIHTC familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview and screen prospective residents for occupancy.
• Coordinate contractors, obtain bids and supervise work.
• Process and monitor work orders and invoices.
• Assist in leasing, renewals and recertifications.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and filings.
• Ensure marketing and advertising for the community.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and internal policies.
