Job summary

Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. in Oregon seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support two sites: Beech Street Apartments in Mill City and Fern Ridge Apartments in Stayton.

You will work with the Property Manager to handle daily operations, resident services, and essential administrative tasks. You’ll help with rent collection, notices, leases, and occupancy efforts while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 2 years of hospitality, office management or administrative experience.
• Professional training may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager by providing high quality service to residents with efficient operation of the building.
• Assist in collection of rent and other income.
• Preparing and delivering notices to residents (e.g. Lease Violation, 30 Day Termination, 10 Day Termination, Non Payment of rent, 24 Hour for Entry, and Abandonment).
• Coordinate marketing and leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy and positive community image.
• Support move-ins/move-outs and lease renewals; interact with residents and applicants.
