Investment Property Group in Grants Pass, OR is seeking an Assistant Community Manager (Part Time) to support two manufactured housing communities. The role blends leasing, resident relations, and rent collection with hands-on administrative tasks.

You will assist with marketing, conduct tours, host open houses, and coordinate maintenance while ensuring compliance with property policies. A 1+ year background in similar communities and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience assisting at a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle conflicts and maintain resident relations.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Proactive in identifying process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Drive daily sales and marketing to promote homes.
• Conduct community tours and host open houses.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquency procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and admin tasks.
• Maintain curb appeal and property signage.
• Monitor market and occupancy, respond to resident requests.
• Walk property daily to ensure clean, safe communities.
• Attend meetings and regulatory inspections as needed.
