Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp./Tamarack Property Management Co. is seeking a temporary Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple apartment communities, ensure resident satisfaction, and manage administrative tasks.

The role reports to the Regional Property Manager and involves coordinating across Forest Hills, Ridgeway Village, Riverside Manor 1 & 2, and The Pines during peak months. The position starts as part-time (24 hours/week) through August 2026 and transitions to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; training in property or real estate management preferred.
• 1-2 years of hospitality, office management or administrative experience; proficiency with Yardi property management software required; familiarity with RightSource or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Codes invoices in a timely and accurate manner for approval.
• Maintains resident records to comply with affordable housing and state regulations.
• Manages rent collection and deposits; records receipts timely.
• Coordinates move-in date with maintenance and rent-ready timelines.
• Oversees leasing process from application to move-in; enforces fair housing and landlord-tenant laws.
• Markets the property to meet occupancy goals and maintains a positive community image.
• Ensures property meets financial performance goals; monitors budgets.
• Supervises on-site team; reviews timecards and ensures accuracy.
